1.1 Seller must post their products on this platform with the real information

1.2 Your products must be the real product such as physical products or/and e-products

1.3 Mango Shops keeps the rights to close the shop which delivers bad services to the customer such as fake product, damage products and illegal product, without advance inform

1.4 Seller must use real information to complete in the shop detail to get cash settlement via bank.

1.4.1 Seller not allows using “Shop Name” of any brand company to sell on the platform and your information must be:

1.4.1.1 accurate and not false, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent;

1.4.1.2 does not breach any Intellectual Property Rights of a third party;

1.4.1.3 is made in compliance with all applicable laws, government regulations or guidelines;

1.4.1.4 is not forged, threatening or offensive or otherwise constitutes harassment;

1.4.1.5 does not contain confidential information or trade secrets of a third party unless you have obtained the consent of the third party owner;

1.4.1.6 does not contain any viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other invidious programs or data, whether attached to or embedded in other programs or data or not;

1.4.1.7 will not defame (libel or slander) another person or transmit misleading or inaccurate information of any kind, whether of a personal or commercial nature; and

1.4.1.8 does not contain child pornography, bestiality or any other sexually explicit, obscene or offensive material;

1.4.2 you are the legal owner of the goods and services you are offering for sale on this Site and you have the legal capacity to conclude the sale and to pass the title in the goods and services to the successful Buyer;

1.4.3 you will not hyperlink to or include descriptions of goods and services that you are not offering for sale on this Site;

1.5 In addition, you represent and warrant to us and separately to the successful Buyer that:

1.5.1 the goods and services you offer for sale and sell, on this platform:

1.5.1.1 are reasonably fit for the purpose or purposes for which goods of that kind are commonly bought as it is reasonable to expect having regard to matters including, without limitation, the description of those goods and their price; and

1.5.1.2 Correspond with the description that you have posted on the platform; and

1.5.1.3 if sold in bulk, will correspond with any samples; and

1.5.1.4 are not defective; and

1.5.1.5 are free of any charge or encumbrance such that the Buyer will be able to enjoy quiet possession of those goods;

1.5.2 the services you offer for sale, and sell, on this platform:

1.5.2.1 will be rendered with due care and skill; and

1.5.2.2 any materials supplied in connection with any services will be reasonably fit for the purpose for which they have been supplied; and

1.5.2.3 if the Buyer has made it known to you the particular purpose for which the services are required or the result the Buyer wishes any services to achieve, then those services and any materials supplied in connection with those services will be reasonably fit for that purpose or are of such nature and quality that they might be reasonably expected to achieve that result;

1.5.3 the goods and/or services you offer for sale, and sell on the platform:

1.5.3.1 will be offered for sale, and sold, in compliance with the laws of Cambodia;

1.5.3.2 are legally able to be offered for sale, and sold on the platform, and otherwise, that the offer and sale of those goods and services is not in contravention of any law.

1.6 The Seller may set a reserve price, or minimum price for the goods and services, but that reserve price or minimum price, as the case may be, must not be set out in the information provided about the goods or services to which that reserve price or minimum price, whichever is applicable, applies, or otherwise disclosed to any person at any time.

1.7 Each vendor must state your product/service is refundable or non-refundable in the description with not over 5 days after shipped to the customer/client.

1.8 Each vendor must state the percentage of refund clearly for each product/service.

2.Buyer

2.1 You agree and warrant to each Seller and separately to us that:

2.1.1 your information:

2.1.1.1 is accurate and not false, misleading, deceptive or fraudulent;

2.1.1.2 does not breach any Intellectual Property Rights of a third party;

2.1.1.3 is made in compliance with all applicable laws, government regulations or guidelines;

2.1.1.4 is not forged, threatening or offensive or otherwise constitutes harassment;

2.1.1.5 does not contain confidential information or trade secrets of a third party unless you have obtained the consent of the third party owner;

2.1.1.6 does not contain any viruses, worms, trojan horses or other invidious programs or data, whether attached to or embedded in other programs or data or not;

2.1.1.7 will not defame (libel or slander) another person or transmit misleading or inaccurate information of any kind, whether of a personal or commercial nature;

2.1.2 you have the legal capacity to purchase any goods or services that you bid for, and, will not otherwise be breaching any law in purchasing those goods or services;

2.1.3 you will not bid for any goods or services on this Site unless you are able, and have sufficient, available capacity to pay for those goods or services;

2.1.4 the purchase of any goods and/or services on this Site is absolutely at your own risk;

2.1.5 to the extent permitted by law, the Seller may exclude all terms, conditions and warranties whether express, implied, statutory, common law, or otherwise, relating to those goods and services, in all of the Seller’s dealings in connection with the goods and services that you may purchase from the Seller on this Site; and

2.1.6 if you are bidding for adult goods and services, that you have the legal right to purchase those goods and services.

2.2 Before purchase on the platform, please read information detail of each product with refund policy to avoid mistake happen after purchasing.

3.Completion of Sale and Purchase of Goods or Services

3.1 We will notify the Seller and the successful Buyer of the successful sale (if any) of any goods or services by automated email and or phone call or marked ship in the seller dashboard.

3.2 We have no involvement in the sale and purchase of any goods and services other than providing a venue for the trading and as described above so we will never accept returns of any goods and services purchased on this portal, as we are not the Seller. You must therefore direct all enquiries, of whatever nature, including, but not limited to, goods and services being of a defective nature, not fit for a particular purpose, or non-delivery of any goods and services, to the Seller, at whose sole discretion, the goods or services may be replaced or the price refunded. All refund claims should be made within 72 hours of receiving the purchased merchandise.

4.Return and exchange policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn’t meet your expectations. We want you to be sure that we do our best to make the return as painless as possible. Needless to say, we cannot accept back products, which are overly used or purchased not from Mangoshops. To return items to our company, please follow these simple steps:

* You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.1. Return & Exchange policy

We will always do our best to ensure that your product arrives directly to you and in perfect condition. Unfortunately shipping services cannot provide 100% perfect deliveries. Please understand that some uncertainties, mistakes and special circumstances could occur, so we want you to trust us and we will do our best to avoid or resolve them for your best.

A request for refund and exchange should be made within 3 days after the delivery date. If 3 days already passed, Request can be refused.

3) Delivery company’s fault : Compensated by the delivery company

After your order is shipped, some minor deformation or damage of the contents might be caused by the impact of Customs procedures and Delivery process such as Small scratches or package deformation, etc. In this case, the refund or exchange is not available as long as the contents are not usable.

If your product is defective, we will proceed with the return process after checking the picture and conditions of the product you had received. Please do not send the products until we review your request.

The process of refund and replacement of defective products could vary depending on each case, distance and features of each location.

To insure yourself and to get proper resolution, please save a shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by us.

We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In if there would be no inconsistencies found, we reserve a right to not refund you and charge you to recover our fees and expenses.

4.2. Out of stock

Sometimes, during packaging after an order was placed some items may occur to be out of stock or discontinued.

Sold out or discontinued items after the order was already placed: The sold-out item’s cost is automatically refunded. (If there is no request from the customer to cancel the whole order, the rest items only will be shipped).

The sold-out notice email is automatically sent to the customer’s registered e-mail.

The refund amount is returned to the balance of the payment method you used to pay.

4.3. REFUNDS

We want to have trustworthy and friendly relations with our customers. To do so we established a Refund policy that would be proper for both sides:

Secure Debit card (Visa and Master Card):

Direct card payment could be refunded as partially [Partial refund] as fully [Payment Cancellation]

The refunded amount could be refunded to your credit card account instantly if the refund was provided in 1-2 days after the payment. If a refund was made later the refund amount will be deducted from customer’s debit card bill the following month. The pending period for refund return back to the credit card depends on the amount of the refund, the credit card company, and some other factors. It may take up to 30 days to reflect on the credit card statement. (Note: refund pending period could vary depending on circumstances)

Refund procedure and feature can be changed depending on each case, as we want our policy to be more flexible in favor of our customer.

Payments with no evidence of ID and unclaimed payment would not be refunded

4.4. To Return

Please contact us through Contact US page or by e-mail with a “Request for Return Form” before returning anything or you can go to support and forum then add a topic. After negotiation of the return procedure details, such as refund, charges, and shipping cost responsible side; we will give you instructions how to send back returning products back to us. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage.

Products must be resent within 7 days after the Delivery Date, which would be printed on the order packaging slip.

All FREE products and FREE gifts that were included to the order must be returned as well

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. We are unable to process your refund until we receive the product back.

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were delivered to you. Otherwise we reserve a right to refuse in refund.
