Q: Can you ship your products anywhere?

A: Currently we are serving for Cambodian market. We will ship your order to the address in Cambodia only.  

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all Debit Visa and Master Card. Credit card is not recommended for paying on this platform.

 

Q: How do I cancel an order or return an item?

A: E-mail us at mangoshops777@gmail.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to #12, Street 173, Toul Tumpong Ti Pir, Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order. Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us. For more details and info regarding in store returns, see our refund and exchange policy in the 4th Article.
